Certified Firefighter - Can deliver the new North Carolina Fire Commission Firefighter Standards based on the 2002 Edition of NFPA 1001. Established Instructor with the following delivery agencies: Wake Technical Community College, Johnston Community College, Durham Technical Community College and Vance-Granville Community College.

Emergency Vehicle Driver - This course deals with the safe operation of emergency vehicles, driving skills, legal implications of emergency driving, departmental Sop's and case histories. Certification is driving portion of the Driver / Operator standard.

Fire Apparatus Driver / Operator - This course deals with the operational aspects of the Driver / Operator standard. Topics covered will include flow calculations, relay pumping, hydraulics, etc.

Firefighter Safety and Survival - (National Fire Academy Course) The objective of this course is to explain the most common causes of firefighter injuries and fatalities.
