LIVE FIRE TRAINING

Our Live Fire training meets the required objectives for NFPA 1001 Standard for Fire Fighter Professional Qualifications (2002 edition). This training will follow NFPA 1403 Standard on Live Fire Training Evolution in Structures (2002 edition). This training is broken up into two parts. The first part of this training is extensive classroom, with emphasis on firefighter safety, fire behavior including flashover and backdraft. The second part of this training is hands on. All students will have opportunity to participate in a live fire training evolution where rookie fire fighters can put their training to use and seasoned fire fighters can sharpen their skills.
